I'm in pursuit of planning a 700 mile kayak trip from Sebastian, Fl to Key West and back, going through The Great White Heron Wilderness Refuge. 12, ooo people have visited The Great White Heron Wilderness Refuge. It is just what it says, Wilderness, set aside and declared by the Government.
